If you want to succeed in the Lithium race, you need to be in South America. How will South America meet increasing global demand for Lithium?

“Lithium, the lightest metal, is quite abundant, in relative terms. Studies and reports indicate that about 400 years of reserves -considering 2016 output-, have already been identified; exploration all over the world may dramatically increase this figure, as new deposits are put into production, and areas near known operations are further investigated. However, contrarily to most commodities, these reserves are quite concentrated in one specific region: South America -and particularly the Lithium Triangle”

“As we move into so many new technologies and uses, some of which we can’t even know today, forecasting trends become trickier, but I believe that lithium can definitely reach the top 5, in the next 15 to 20 years.”
